Drayton founded and currently leads Tower Hills Capital. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs, DRW, and early-stage tech firms. These experiences across capital markets and technology give him a unique perspective on investing, portfolio management, and risk management.
He also coined the term, 'Recursive Investing', which refers to an investor continuously pricing an asset based on both, their own fundamental analysis and their forecast of the consensus.
Drayton holds an MSc from London Business School, and has earned the CAIA and FRM designations. He enjoys non-fiction, soccer, F1 racing, and art history.
